RFI/RFP responses required dozens of analyst-hours per submission. Sections were drafted in parallel docs, citations were tracked manually, and compliance checks were a final-week scramble.
Solution
Deployed the Agentic Command Center with a pre-built RFI/RFP automation workflow. The workflow ingests the RFI document, then a multi-agent planner/worker/finalizer pattern drafts sections in parallel against the company knowledge base; compliance and QA agents review; and the final PDF + DOCX are generated automatically. Designed for deployment in IL5-eligible environments.
