Embedded Agents · AI in the tools you already use

AI inside the systems
your team already uses.

Embedded Agents drop the Agentic Command Center's multi-agent backbone right inside the platforms your team lives in — one backbone, multi-LLM, customer-hosted, audit-ready. Shipping today for ServiceNow and VS Code, with more host platforms on the roadmap.

Why one umbrella

Different surface, same engine.

The thing that changes between ServiceNow and VS Code is the embedding surface and the platform-specific tools. Everything else — LLM routing, governance, deployment, eval — is shared.

Same backbone, every host platform

Every Embedded Agent shares the same multi-LLM, customer-hosted Agentic Command Center backbone. Switch LLM provider in a config table — no code, no redeploy.

Customer-hosted, every cloud

AWS, Azure, Azure GovCloud, Kubernetes, or on-prem. Same backend, different deployment target.

Production-ready governance

Token budgets per role, data limits per instance, scoped roles, row-level ACLs, structured error codes, full request tracing.

Built-in eval framework

LLM-judge scoring with regression tests. Benchmark any model on customer data before going live. Same framework that produced our 100% KB accuracy result.

Custom platforms

Need it inside a different system?

The backbone is platform-agnostic. We can embed an agent in almost any platform — most launches happen in weeks, not quarters.

Common questions

FAQ.

Why one solution instead of separate products?

Because the engine is the same. Embedded Agents all run on the Agentic Command Center — multi-LLM routing, audit, governance, deployment are shared. The only thing that changes per host platform is the surface (ServiceNow form vs VS Code editor) and the platform-specific tools. So you make one buying decision, not many.

Which platforms do you support today?

ServiceNow and VS Code are GA, with more host platforms on the roadmap. Additional platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Slack, JetBrains, internal tools) are available on request — typically launch in weeks, not quarters.

How do I pick between ServiceNow and VS Code first?

Pick the one with the larger pain. ServiceNow if your IT/HR/ops teams are the bottleneck. VS Code if your engineering org wants a customer-hosted Copilot alternative. Many customers do both.

Can we get one for [our internal portal]?

Almost certainly yes. The backend is platform-agnostic — what changes is the embedding surface and the platform-specific tools. Email sales@l2h.ai with a brief description and we'll scope it.

Pick your implementation.

Or pick both. The backbone is the same — only the surface changes.
